Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes. Amazing change can happen for individuals who are ready to grow and embrace change. This can be hard when the change feels forced and not chosen, but every person has the capacity to move towards a better place.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged, please give us 12 hours notification if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. A $45 fee will apply to all missed or cancelled appointments after this time.
